Our Frequently Asked Questions

1. Do have any accreditations?

Yes, we are a fully approved NICEIC installer for all electrical work and also MCS approved for PV Solar installations. We are also Trust Mark CHAS and UKAS accredited, members of Which? Trusted Traders and are a service partner for Fronius Inverters.

2. Are you fully insured?

Yes, of course. We currently have 5 million pounds liablity insurance and 5 million pounds employers liablity. We are also members of the RECC, which allow us to insure customer deposits made on solar systems.

3. Do you give warrenties on your work?

All our work is warranty backed by the NICEIC for three years and we give workmanship Warranties on our PV Solar installations through the RECC.

4. Are you VAT registered?

Yes.

5. Do you carry out small domestic, large commercial and industrial work?

We carry out all types of electrical work from changing a light in a bungalow to wiring large industrial units and fire alarm systems.

6. Do you do callouts?

We do, but we do not have electricians on standby for callouts. We also put regular or customers who have previously used us above first-time calls, unfortunately. We will, however, do our best to accommodate all emergencies if we can. We are happy to talk you through minor issues over the phone if this can save you a callout in the hope you call us back in the future when you have other work.
