Which? Trusted Traders is an endorsement scheme that recognises reputable traders in the home improvement and motor industries.
The aim of Which? Trusted Traders is to raise the standard of the trade industry for consumers by setting a benchmark that all traders are expected to meet before becoming endorsed. All traders who successfully pass their stringent assessment process become Which? Trusted Traders can use the icon on their branding and promotional material. In line with this commitment to quality and trust, TRJ Electric & PV Solar Ltd has a dedicated complaints procedure in place to ensure any customer concerns are handled promptly, fairly, and transparently.

Which? Trusted Traders focuses solely on bringing reputable and trustworthy traders to consumers without compromising on quality. Their vetting procedure is thorough. Not only do they check prospective traders by examining references and qualifications, but businesses are also visited by an experienced Which? Trusted Traders assessor who ensures that each business or trader meets the Which? Trusted Traders standard. This includes checking that all rewiring work carried out by electricians meets the highest safety and quality standards, giving consumers confidence in the reliability and compliance of electrical services.
Additionally, as a consumer champion, Which? Trusted Traders go the extra mile to ensure that, should any dispute arise, there are procedures in place to resolve this. We provide this service free of charge for any customer of Which? Trusted Trader.
